Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use felt, including the public website, consumer review flows, business tools, rewards, and related services. By using Felt, you agree to these terms. If you use Felt for a business, you represent that you have authority to agree on that business's behalf.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Felt may use Google sign-in for authentication and requests only standard openid, email, and profile scopes.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security safeguards.

You are responsible for reviews, photos, profile details, and other content you submit. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, spammy, or unrelated to a genuine experience with the business.

By submitting content to Felt, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, distribute, and otherwise use that content to operate and promote Felt and the reviewed businesses. You retain ownership of your content.

Participating businesses are responsible for the rewards they offer, including eligibility, availability, fulfillment, and honoring valid redemptions. Felt may help generate, display, and track rewards, but Felt does not guarantee that a particular reward will remain available unless expressly stated.

You agree not to abuse rewards, create fake reviews, duplicate redemptions, or attempt to bypass redemption controls. We may limit or remove rewards, accounts, or access when we believe abuse or fraud has occurred.

Businesses using Felt are responsible for their public information, reward configuration, staff access, customer communications, and compliance with laws that apply to their promotions, privacy practices, and customer relationships.

Businesses may not use Felt to pressure customers into dishonest reviews or to condition rewards on only positive feedback where that would violate law, platform rules, or review-site policies.

You may not interfere with Felt, scrape or copy the service except as allowed by law, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, upload malicious code, violate others rights, misrepresent identity or affiliation, or use Felt for unlawful purposes.

Felt is evolving. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be error-free.

Felt is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Felt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Felt or others, or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these terms as Felt evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice appropriate to the change, such as updating this page or notifying account holders. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
